It has been 1 month since Dyl got admitted into the hospital, he's progressed so much since then! Yesterday he was breathing without the ventilator machine and they have turned of the oxygen mixture they were using too so now he's just breathing room air with some humidity going into his lungs! He opened his eyes quite a bit yesterday too for long periods of time. He is getting good rest and is doing great with his p.t. His blood sugar levels seem to be good now too, they have started him on a new long-acting insulin. His sodium levels are on target too. His trach got changed yesterday for the first time, he's healing well from the surgery. Pls cont to keep Dyl in your thoughts & prayers.
