Today is a BIG day! Dylan is having his trach removed! the dr. thinks he is going to do great at breathing alone w/o any help! Over the past weekend he has used the voicebox trach cover to practice "normal" breathing and has done very well! We also took him on a few rides in his "cadillac" chair. It sits him up(like a regular chair) and we can push him around the hospital/outside. :) He is doing GREAT at tracking people/items with his eyes and his blood sugars/sodium levels are on track! He is making improvements every day! His p.t. is going very well too! We are researching hyperbaric treatment for him now too. it seems like something he would benefit from! Please cont to keep Dyl in your thoughts & prayers! - Keri
